It’s a good idea to move any items you can, like outdoor furniture, barbecues, and potted plants, to give us clear access to the area. If that’s not possible, we can help move or cover items as needed to ensure they’re protected during the cleaning process. Just let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure everything is safe.
We completely understand how important your plants are. We use eco-friendly, biodegradable cleaning solutions wherever possible. We also take steps to protect your garden by rinsing it down before and after cleaning and covering delicate plants if needed. If you let us know what areas need special care, we’ll be extra cautious around them.
Yes, your pets’ safety is important to us. We use pet-safe products, but we recommend keeping pets indoors or in a secure area away from the work zone while we’re cleaning. Once everything is rinsed and dry, your pets can safely return to the area.
Light rain is usually fine, but in heavy weather, we may reschedule for safety. We’ll contact you if any changes are needed.
Yes, please move any vehicles from areas we’re cleaning to give us full access and avoid any overspray
Yes, we use degreasers and high-pressure cleaning to remove most oil stains, though some older marks may not come out completely.
